Gentle Yoga Flow
Today's video demonstrates the Gentle Yoga Flow that will be performed on the Stretch and Strengthen day of each week. This flow is about 20 minutes of guided yoga poses to help you to relax and lengthen your muscles that we have been working all week. This will also continue to work on rebuilding our core as well as the mind-body connection we have been emphasizing. Pay particular attention to your breathe throughout the movements as well as core and pelvic floor engagement during transitions.

This video will take you through a gentle yoga flow. Modify the movements as needed, only going as deeply into each pose as your body allows. Focus on proper core engagement, breathing through each movement, and allowing yourself to unwind tense muscles. Form and breathing are the key focus for this flow. If at any time you feel a pose is too difficult, you may opt to modify, or simply return to a child's pose until you feel ready to resume.
