Today's video will introduce you to the Core Rebuild Circuit for this week. You will be performing a 5-move circuit that will strengthen and rebuild your core!
- Assisted Seated Single-Leg Row Boats
- Single-Leg Heel Drops with Arms Overhead
- Oblique Twist-Ups
- Side Plank (Right)
- Side Plank (Left)

In this video I demonstrate the movements for the Week 1, Day 1 Workout. You will be doing a circuit of 2 exercises, performed consecutively, each for 60 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. Choose whichever variation of the exercises that you can complete for the full 60 seconds, modifying down as needed. After completing a circuit of the 2 exercises you will actively rest (march or jog in place) for 2 minutes, before beginning the circuit again. Complete 4 rounds of the circuit for the full workout!
Warm-up: 5 minutes jogging in place
Work/Rest: 60 secs max reps/30 secs rest
Rest between Rds: 2 minutes active
Cool Down: 5-10 minutes stretching
