HIIT Circuit (~20 minutes): Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, high knees)

- 3 rounds
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest each exercise per round
rest 60 seconds between rounds and repeat X3

Exercises:
1. Right Leg Reverse Lunge with Dumbbell Hammer Curls (use lighter weight to modify)
2. Left Leg Reverse Lunge with Dumbbell Overhead Press (use lighter weight to modify)
3. Inchworm Push-ups (or Modified)
4. Stationary Lunge Hold Left Leg with Bent-Over Dumbbell Row
5. Stationary Lunge Hold Right Leg with Bent-Over Triceps Kickback
