Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, high knees)

- 3 rounds
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest each exercise per round
rest 60 seconds between rounds and repeat X3

Exercises:
1. Twist and Crunch Walking Lunges

2. Inchworm Chaturanga (Triceps) Pushups (from knees to modify)

3. Side Plank Oblique Crunches (2 levels: on elbow and/or knee to modify)
