Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, high knees)

2 Rounds
3 Sets of Exercises
12 reps each set

Round 1:
Set 1: 12 reps
Exercise 1 - Epic Burpees! (Squat-to-press-to-Burpee-Renegade-Rows)

Set 2: 12 reps each exercise per side
Exercise 1 - Push-up- Pull-throughs- Weighted Side plank
Exercise 2 - Overhead Dumbbell Front Lunges
Set 3: 12 reps each exercise per side
Exercise 1 - Hover knees for 12 secs
Exercise 2 - Quad Heel press with opposite hover knee - Hydrant kicks with opposite hover knee
