As a busy mom, I understand the value of time and how little of it you have in your day. That is why I created these workouts to use your own bodyweight and be short, intense, and effective so you can build strength, burn off baby weight, and create health without sacrificing time you just don't have in your day.
THE S.H.E. FIT CHALLENGE IS A 6 WEEK PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR BUSY MOMS:
In Week 1, we focus on mindset and motivation. You will be performing intense 2-move circuits that will challenge your core and ramp up your metabolism!
You will also learn to activate and engage your deep core muscles in a new way.
In Week 2, our theme is REBUILD. we will be continuing with and building on new variations of the 2-move circuits introduced last week.
Increased muscle engagement and endurance improvements will have you feeling motivated with your new strength!
Hold on tight in Week 3 where we ramp things up with challenging 4-move circuits, phase 2 of our core program, and longer work times designed to get you sweating!
We also pay closer attention to nutrition and learn how to increase our results with what we eat.
In Week 4, we mix it up with new 4-move circuits. Keep progression going with increased work times and leveling up in modifications!
We also spend a little extra time focusing on recovery and flexibility.
Week 5 brings us the oh-so-brutal, but always fun Pyramid Circuits! Climbing up and down these staircase circuits ramps up metabolism and builds full-body strength. Plus we get introduced to Phase 3 of our Core Rebuild.
These intense workouts will have you grateful that our theme this week is on Rest.
Week 6 is our final challenge week, and crank up the heat with our final round of Pyramid Circuits!

Pre and Postnatal Fitness and Nutrition Specialist
My name is Kim Ferrari and I am a personal trainer, pre and postnatal fitness and nutrition specialist, and a mother to four children.
After the birth of my second child I found myself out of shape and out of energy, unable to keep up with my kids and live a life that I loved.
I set out on a fitness journey and over 2 years, lost over 50 pounds, transforming my body and my life. However, even in the best physical shape of my life, there were lingering side effects from my pregnancies.
At the time I believed those were just normal parts of motherhood, I wasn't convinced it had to stay that way. So I began to research pregnancy and postpartum fitness and during my third pregnancy obtained my pre and postnatal specialist certifications.
Since then I have been focused on helping other women regain strong, healthy bodies after becoming mothers, even after many years have passed since pregnancy.
I help busy moms rebuild their bodies so they can function well, and have the strength and energy needed to best care for their families.
You will learn proper nutrition and how to balance family life and healthy eating so that the changes you make become positive lifetime habits.
My programs focus on realistic, attainable goal setting and help you prioritize your needs while also managing the other important aspects of your life.

I am 6 weeks postpartum. Is this program suitable for new moms?
A: While this program is designed for busy moms, I do not recommend this program earlier than 12 weeks postpartum. Most moms have been given approval to return to exercise at 6 weeks, however, your core and pelvic floor are still healing and most of the moves in The S.H.E. Fit Challenge are not safe for diastasis recti. I recommend walking, foundational core, and diastasis friendly exercises for moms earlier than 12 weeks postpartum (as well as those who still have a DR or pelvic floor dysfunction). Our #momsmatter challenge is a great place to begin if you are newly released to exercise or still healing a DR.
It has been over 10 years since my last baby was born. Can I still benefit from doing this program?
A: Absolutely! Most moms postpartum (especially those of us who gave birth more than 10 years ago) are not given the time or information they need to properly heal their bodies, especially their deep core and pelvic floor, after giving birth. This program teaches fundamental movements in core restoration, as well as proper breathing and engagement to heal and strengthen our bodies from the inside out. These techniques and practices will help to improve posture, reduce pain, and restore proper function to your body even if a long time has passed since your last pregnancy.
I don't have a gym membership or gym equipment at home. Can I do this program?
A. Yes! The workouts all throughout the 6 weeks of The S.H.E. Fit Challenge only require your bodyweight and room on the floor. A mat is optional. Many of the moves can be advanced by adding additional weight, but the program is designed to be done anytime, anywhere.
I don't have much time to spend exercising, how much time will it take?
A: As a busy, not-much-me-time mama of 4, I completely understand. One of the best things about this program is that it will take you only about 20-30 minutes a day to complete.
Is the $47 a one time payment or a subscription?
A: The S.H.E. Fit Challenge is a ONE TIME ONLY purchase, currently $47. This is not a subscription program. Once you receive it, you have access FOR LIFE.
How do I access the content? Does it work on all devices?
A: You will gain access to a Members Area once you purchase The S.H.E. Fit Challenge. You will also receive daily emails with your workout for the day and additional helpful resources.
