Full-Body Fire Circuit (~5 minutes): Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, brisk walk)

- Complete 4 rounds for a 20-minute full body workout

Perform each exercise at a maximum effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Perform all 8 exercises to complete 1 round.

Rest 60 seconds between rounds

Exercises - 20 secs work/10 secs rest:

1.High Knees
2. Down-dog Pendulums
3. In and Out Jump Squats
4. Russian Twist Elevators
5. Plank to knee In and Outs (2x in, 2x out)
6. 5x Pulsing Lunges
7. 1/4 Burpees
8. 3x Pulsing Cross-Legged Bridges)
