Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, high knees)
- 3-4 rounds
20 reps each exercise per round
rest 30 seconds between exercises, 60 seconds between rounds and repeat X3 (or 4)
Exercises:
1. Pushup Variations (pick what you can do, modify down as needed)
-incline pushups
-Pushups
-Modified pushups
-Decline (feet up) pushups
2. Bent over Dumbbell Rows (use lighter weight or bands to modify)
3. Bulgarian Split-squats (no weight to modify)
