HIIT Circuit (~20 minutes): Complete a 5 minute warm-up (jumping jacks, jog in place, high knees)

- 3 rounds
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest each exercise per round
rest 60 seconds between rounds and repeat X3

Exercises:
1. In & Out Push-ups with Alternating Single-Arm Renegade Rows (or Modified)
2. Goblet Squats (or Modified/no weight)
3. Up-Down Push-ups (or Modified)
4. 360 Lunges to the right (or Modified/no weight)
5. 360 Lunges to the left (or Modified/no weight)
